Newport Beach’s boat-filled harbor sits opposite Balboa Peninsula.

Canyon Lake
Canyon Lake is a city in Riverside County, California. It’s a very unique place to live, as it’s a gated community with more than 10,000 residents. At the centre of the community is the Canyon Lake reservoir. Residents have access to the reservoir for recreational purposes, and are allowed to use fishing boats, sailboats and more on it, and can indulge in activities in water-skiing and wake-boarding.
Coachella Valley
Coachella is a city in Riverside County, California; it is the easternmost city and namesake of the Coachella Valley, in Southern California’s Colorado Desert.

Escondido
Escondido is a city in San Diego County’s North County region, about 40 miles from the Mexican border. It has a population of 143,911 as of the 2010 census. Incorporated in 1888, Escondido is one of the oldest cities in San Diego County. “Escondido” means “hidden” in Spanish, and it is known as the “City of Choice.”

Fallbrook once housed a stagecoach stop for the stage that ran from Temecula to San Diego. It is known for its avocado groves and claims, without any official recognition, the title “Avocado Capital of the World.” It is often called or known as “The Friendly Village.” The Avocado Festival is held in the downtown strip annually and frequently draws large crowds, making it an ideal place for an investment property.

Lake Elsinore

It was a ranch back in the 1800s and became a resort town for celebrities in the first half of the 1900s. You can still see the homes of famous celebrities on the lakeshore.
